Closing Commentary After reading and studying the Book of Revelation in chronological order, the case for a Mid-Tribulation rapture as illuminated in Revelation chapters 7 and 8, is so strong that the other teachings on the timing of the rapture have been greatly diminished. I believe that if the book of Revelation would have been written in chronological order in the beginning, the other teachings on the timing of the rapture would never have made sense in light of the chronological reading of the book of Revelation.

In my first book, The Window of the Lo rd’s Return , I make a strong case for a Mid-tribulation rapture. I believe this second study sheds further light on the timing of the rapture. In fact if I may be so bold, I believe this study validates the Mid-tribulation rapture. This being the case, I would like to bring up a discussion on the need to prepare for the last days.

If you believe as I do that not only America, but all nations are heading for an appointment with the end times and a coming global one world government. It seems hard to imagine America giving up its independence and being a part of this end time’s prophecy from the book of Revelation, but the Bible does say that the antichrist will rule over every nation and America is a nation.

With the American and global economies standing on shaky ground, It is not hard for me to believe that an event could happen that could trigger a panic on Wall Street and a panic on Main Street. This may lead to either a slow slide or a rapid slide into something worse than the Great Depression of the 1930’s. With the irresponsible spending of our leaders, youdon’t have to be a rocket scientist to see the day could soon come when we witness the collapse of our dollar.

If you see this global collapse as a soon coming event, I believe that as a Christian, we will have a divine purpose for going through part of the Great Tribulation; it should compel us to take some important steps to be prepared for these coming days. I have said this before and it deserves repeating. It took Noah many years to prepare. He was warned that great storm clouds would come and unless he built an ark, he and his family would be in trouble. The Bible says that Noah built an ark in holy fear for the saving of his family.
